Cast TPU Ultra Glossy Color PPF
Cast TPU Ultra Glossy is the gloss line of IRISTEK’s solution-cast TPU color PPF series. The base is Lubrizol aliphatic TPU formed by solution casting, which gives the film a uniform, dense structure. Once installed, the color looks close to the paint itself.
The full usage layer (top coat, base film, adhesive) measures 7.5 mil (about 0.19 mm). Width is 1.52 m and each roll runs 15 m. The adhesive uses a special formula tuned to the way color PPF is installed, so edge wrapping and corner tucks stay manageable. On top sits a Dual-nano Coating that resists stains and stays stable over time. Fine marks left by washing heal on their own when the film warms up, for example in direct sunlight.
Color fastness rests on two layers of protection. The Dual-nano Coating shields the surface from UV and contamination. Below it, the dense solution-cast structure keeps pigments evenly distributed. Together they help the color hold up against sun and washing.
The series offers 32 color codes (UC + four digits), covering the main color families, with several shades matched to factory paint colors from Porsche, Audi RS, BMW, MINI and NIO.
