Before Wrapping

1.

Completely clean the vehicle to ensure that there is no mud, sand, and oil stains. If there is obvious scratch on the paint, it should be polished and waxed first. However, the paint after waxing, coating or crystal plating is not suitable for wrapping immediately. These waxing, coating, plating stains and any other chemicals should be cleaned up completely before wrapping.

2.

Check whether there is any obvious damaged, paint aging or repaired parts on the car body, record and confirm it clearly with the customer before wrapping. Obvious scratches will appear uneven on the surface of the film after wrapped. It is recommended to polish it till smooth before wrapping. Since it is not strong enough compare to the complete original paint, the aging or repaired car paint may be fallen off during wrapping or removing the film. For the repaired car body parts, before wrapping film, it is required to make up the putty and polish it smoothly only. Don’t spray painting.

Maintenance

1.

Please wash the car after one week since finished wrapping, while the glue is completely fixed.

2.

Please avoid using items with adhesives to stick on the film surface.

3.

During the early stage after wrapping, there may be bubbles or blisters in the film, which happens normally. They will disappear naturally after about 10 days. If it can't disappear naturally, please go to IRISTEK authorized store to deal with it.

4.

Please avoid using cleaning tools which are easy to damage the film surface. Wipe the surface with soft wet towel. If cleanser is needed, please use the neutral ones.

Warranty Contents

After the product is installed, IRISTEK provides the following quality assurance within the corresponding warranty period according to the classification of the product:

1.

Ensure the self-adhesive performance of the film: no non-touched deformation, no delamination, no natural falling from the car body.

2.

Ensure the appearance of film has no obvious color fading.

3.

Ensure no obvious glue residue when the film is peeled from the car body and the original paint has no peeling damage (If the secondary painted part falls off or gets damaged, it is not within the scope of the IRISTEK warranty.)

Disclaimer

1.

If there is any damage to the product which is caused by incorrect maintenance, impaired car body or film which are caused from natural disasters, external forces or strong acid & alkali objects, IRISTEK and its installing team will not bear any responsibility.

2.

The film removing should be done professionally by IRISTEK and its installing team. If any damage happens to the film or car paint caused by unauthorized actions from car owners, IIRISTEK and its installing team will not bear any responsibility.

3.

Scratches or damages caused by accidents can be partially repaired or replaced by the IRISTEK installing team, and the cost will be charged accordingly.

Aftersales Process

1.

Within two weeks after wrapped, if any obvious blistering or warping happened, clear photos and videos of the problem parts is required for assignment of repairing or replacement.

2.

One week after wrapping, it is recommended to send the vehicle to the authorized installation shop for inspection; Failure to check or submit problems within two weeks is regarded as acknowledge the product and wrapping quality.

3.

In case of scratch or damage caused by external force or incorrect maintenance, the film can be wrapped again according to different parts. Charges shall be required accordingly for the replacement. (Generally, a car whole car wrapping is divided into the following different parts: hood, roof, trunk cover, doors, front fender, rear fender, front bar, rear bar, rear view mirrors, tail wing, etc)
