Cast TPU Satin Series
Cast TPU Satin shows color with a satin texture. The lower gloss level makes shades look deeper and calmer, and the film keeps the full protection of a TPU wrap.
A Lubrizol aliphatic TPU base, formed by solution casting, gives the film a uniform, dense structure. The full usage layer measures 7.5 mil (about 0.19 mm), width is 1.52 m, and rolls run 15 m. The adhesive follows color PPF installation habits, and a Dual-nano Coating provides stain resistance and stability. Together with the dense cast structure, it gives the color two layers of protection.
The satin line carries three color codes: UC1190 Midnight Black (the shade used on Zeeker models), UC1141 Khaki Green, and UC1384 Nardo Grey (Audi RS).
Like the rest of the line, the surface has heat-activated self-healing: fine wash marks fade on their own when the film warms up.
