Cast TPU Chameleon Series

Cast TPU Chameleon combines a color-shift effect with real paint protection in one film. Its Lubrizol aliphatic TPU base is formed by solution casting. The structure is dense enough to hold the shifting pigments evenly, which helps the effect stay stable over time.

The color changes with light and viewing angle. The full usage layer measures 7.5 mil (about 0.19 mm), width is 1.52 m, and rolls run 15 m. The adhesive follows color PPF installation habits, and a Dual-nano Coating handles stain resistance and long-term stability.

Color fastness matters even more on chameleon film, and it rests on two layers of protection: the Dual-nano Coating shields against UV and contamination, while the dense cast structure locks the pigments in place. Like the rest of the line, the surface has heat-activated self-healing: fine wash marks fade on their own when the film warms up.

The series currently offers 6 color codes (UC + four digits): Thunder Blue Purple, Storm Blue Purple, Midnight Purple Red, Polar Purple Green, Jungle Gold Blue, plus the satin-finish Satin Chameleon Thunder Blue Purple (UC8167).
